On the water today…beach hopping…
@jjhups directed us to Findlay Beach last year. We spent the afternoon there today and were mesmerized by the wave pattern all along the water edge. I have never seen this before 🤗. We had the beach to ourselves.❤️

Special day! ❤️GG (great grandmother)!
❤️Got to see Max and Olivia for the first time since the pandemic began. Filled my heart with hope for the future. In this last year GG has been locked in her room several times, not been allowed to see family, then only allowed to see me. All these actions were for all our safety, but very emotionally hard on the elderly. The staff at Southbridge Pinewood Court will forever be appreciated, respected, admired for their courage and their strength. Thank you so very much.

Heat seeking missile’s. Crassula sunrise sits all day in its clay hanging pot, in the pool area, which is south west all day. Colour is amazing and a very heat tolerant succulent. The window sill planter is in the same area. With lantana and potato vine. Water water is the key during these hot dry days. Raspberry canes got their first pick today, small berries, missing the rain.

These pink sun patients are spectacular this summer, I am thrilled with the bright colour. They fade out to almost white when they are done but new blooms are right behind the fading blooms. The dwarf birch shrub is my absolute favourite. Every year I bring it in and it proves to be slow to sell, until it is seen in the gardens. This clematis is supported by a square driftwood trellis. Betty Corning.
I will be spamming you all with garden pics in the days to come as it is an unusual blooming year. The majority of perennials are at least 3 weeks ahead but clematis in my garden are at least three weeks behind.
The raspberries need some rain along with all the farm crops. Happy blooming.
